Background The aim of the present prospective clinical study is to compare the stability of the implant-bone interface by the ISQ quotient and marginal bone loss (MBL) rate during one year of follow-up in four system implants with the same surface and different design. Material and Methods Prospective randomized clinical trial of 21 patients in which four implant systems with the same surface and different design were placed.
