Der hypovolamische Schock ist ein Zustand unzureichender Durchblutung vitaler Organe mit konsekutivem Missverhaltnis von Sauerstoff-Angebot und -Verbrauch infolge intravasalen Volumenmangels mit kritisch verminderter kardialer Vorlast; er wird in vier spezielle Formen unterteilt (hamorrhagischer Schock, hypovolamischer Schock im engeren Sinne, traumatisch-hamorrhagischer Schock und traumatisch-hypovolamischer Schock). Background and Objectives: The population is aging and fragility fractures are a research topic of steadily growing importance. Therefore, a systematic bibliometric review was performed to identify the 50 most cited articles in the field of fragility fractures analyzing their qualities and characteristics.
