The endocannabinoid system participates in many processes in the body, including memory, reward, pain, motor activity, food intake, energy metabolism, and gastrointestinal functions. [18F]MK-9470 is a positron emission tomography (PET) ligand that binds with high affinity and selectivity to the cannabinoid type 1 receptor. Background Genital involvement in patients with chronic inflammatory skin diseases is frequent, yet insufficiently acknowledged. Objective To evaluate the prevalence of genital symptoms in psoriasis and chronic urticaria patients, effects on quality of life, physician-patient relations and disease management. This multicenter diagnostic cohort study among older hospitalized patients was carried out in eight primary-care hospitals.
