Analysis of kitchen pots and pans, whose range developed between the start of the Augustan age and Late Antiquity across an enormous territory has allowed a brief survey of the regional characteristics as well as of the commercial exchanges that occurred in Bourgogne, Franche-Comté and Champagne during Antiquity.
