The objective of this study was to analyze the accuracy of abdominal ultrasonography (AUS) in the assessment of mucosal healing in patients with Crohn's disease (CD) receiving immunomodulators and/or biological treatment, with ileocolonoscopy as the reference standard.Thirty patients were included in a prospective longitudinal study. All patients underwent ileocolonoscopy and AUS before and after a minimum of one year of treatment. Objetivos Valorar la utilidad de la proteina C reactiva (PCR) en la deteccion de la necrosis en la pancreatitis aguda y precisar el mejor nivel de corte de la PCR para esta finalidad. Material y metodos Se incluyeron, de forma retrospectiva, 157 pacientes con pancreatitis aguda a los que se habia efectuado una tomografia computarizada (TC) con contraste intravenoso, entre las 72 h y el octavo dia del inicio de la sintomatologia, y determinado el valor de la PCR en el suero por nefelometria a partir de las 24 h del comienzo del dolor.
