This study focuses on the nature and origin of prevention information available to health professionals in the field of nutrition for pregnant women. It focuses more specifically on information sharing practices regarding two infectious risks: toxoplasmosis and listeriosis. The information available to professionals on these potential risks comes mainly from institutional texts and manuals.
