The purpose of this research was to find out if there is a relationship between employees’ creative self-efficacy and innovative behavior. Nowadays great importance has granted to creative self-efficacy of employees and managers, which has been required to innovative development of company (Tierney & Farmer, 2010). Innovations and inner susceptibility are the main factors that define superiority of organization in conditions of competition (Lukes, 2013). Innovative behavior of staff, which has been descripted as development, adaptation and implementation in practice of new products, technologies and working methods, often are mentioned as valuable thing on the way to innovations and success of organization in this changing, dynamic environment (Yuan & Woodman, 2010). Creative sellfeffectivenes is defined as confidence to person’s abilities to manage problems, which requires creative mind and act (Karwowski, Lebuda, Wisniewska & Gralewski, 2013). More and more research about self-efficacy are made in the field of organizational psychology, because of employers interest in growing employees potential, including – creative potential. To achieve the goal of the research, question was defined – is there connection between creative self-efficacy of employees and individual innovative behavior? Until now there was no available instrumentation, to find an answer to raised question. That is why adaptation to Latvian language was made for these 2 scales - Short Scale of Creative Self – SSCS, Karwowski, 2011 and Innovative Behavior Inventory – IBI, Lukes & Stephan, 2015. There were made two selections after Convenience method - adaptation selection N = 104 and sample selection N = 74. After processing data of adaptation selection, according to statistics methods of mathematics, conclusions were made that both polls have appropriate psychometric indicators and they can be used in Latvian language. After processing data of sample selection, conclusions were made that there is low, but statistically significant correlation (r = 0,45 (p = 0,00)) between creative self-efficacy and individual innovative behavior.
