Neironu tīklu metodes kriptovalūtu vērtību prognozēšanai

Kriptovalūtu tirgus nestabilitātes dēļ, pašam prognozēt, kā notiks vērtību svārstības ir gandrīz neiespējami. Tāpēc šajā darbā tiks apskatītas vairākas metodes, ar kuru palīdzību prognozēs dažādu kriptovalūtu vērtību tuvākajā nākotnē, izmantojot mākslīgos neironu tīklus. Darba mērķis ir salīdzināt dažādas metodes, kā analizēt kriptovalūtu datus un noteikt to vērtību tuvākajā nākotnē, balstoties gan uz dažādu kriptovalūtu vēsturisko informāciju, gan uz sociālā tīkla Twitter ierakstiem. Faktiskā rīcība ir viens no administratīvi procesuālajiem instrumentiem. Līdz šim tiesību doktrīnā visvairāk ir izpētītas administratīvo aktu raksturojošās pamatpazīmes un veidi, savukārt faktiskās rīcības veidi analizēti salīdzinoši maz. Tāpēc ir nepieciešams izpētīt, pēc kādiem kritērijiem tiek iedalīta faktiskā rīcība un vai iespējami citi faktiskās rīcības klasifikācijas veidi, kā arī jānoskaidro iespējamo veidu nozīme un piemēri tiesu praksē. Monitoring event attendance using a combination of traditional and advanced surveying tools

This paper will describe the research stages and tools used for monitoring participants’ attendance at the European Researchers’ Night, held in Palermo in September 2017. A combination of traditional survey instruments and new technologies was effected in order to analyse participants’ behaviour during the event. The results derived from these different data sources were also integrated and analysed in order to evaluate the success of the event from social and economic points of view. Data relating to participants’ mobility during the event will be described and clusters of participants proposed, based on their mobility behaviour.

Verifications of Primal Energy Identities for Variational Problems with Obstacles

We discuss error identities for two classes of free boundary problems generated by obstacles. The identities suggest true forms of the respective error measures which consist of two parts: standard energy norm and a certain nonlinear measure. The latter measure controls (in a weak sense) approximation of free boundaries. Numerical tests confirm sharpness of error identities and show that in different examples one or another part of the error measure may be dominant.
ESM - Material and Methods from Species' ecological functionality alters the outcome of fish stocking success predicted by a food-web model

Fish stocking is used worldwide in conservation and management, but its effects on food-web dynamics and ecosystem stability are poorly known. To better understand these effects and predict the outcomes of stocking, we used an empirically validated network model of a well-studied lake ecosystem. We simulate two stocking scenarios with two native fish species valuable for fishing. In the first scenario, we stock planktivorous fish (whitefish) larvae in the ecosystem.
