Lateral periodontal cyst: A rare clinicopathological presentation mimicking a residual cyst

This article describes an unusual clinical-radiographic presentation of a lateral periodontal cyst, as a differential diagnosis of a residual cyst, following the ‘CARE guidelines for case reports’. The radiolucent lesion was identified on the imaging exam of a 53-year-old male patient. Based on radiographic findings and aspiration puncture, the probable diagnosis was a residual cyst; however, histological analysis revealed a thin, non-inflamed fibrous capsule covered by some epithelial layers in most of the lesion. Denne studien tar for seg midtstopperne som deltok i gruppespillet i Europamesterskapet 2020 for herrer. Det er benyttet et kvantitativt forskningsdesign, med et tilhørende «Ex Post Facto»-studiedesign. Samtlige 36 gruppespillkamper er analysert, der totalt 79 midtstoppere fra 24 ulike nasjoner danner grunnlaget for utvalget i denne studien. Denne studien undersøker følgende problemstilling: «Hvordan erfarer skolen, PPT og Statped det tverrfaglige samarbeidet rundt elever med Tourettes syndrom?». This study examines how consumers create social capital in interactions with other customers and service personnel while shopping in retail stores that consist of both physical and digital locations. We draw on servicescape literature to explore the role of social capital in determining the social realm in digital-physical servicescapes using data from focus group discussions. We demonstrate how customers utilize both the digital and physical servicescapes in a convergent manner to form the social realm of the servicescape with the other people in service encounters. The aim of this paper is to investigate a rather neglected topic in motion event studies, i.e. the role that lexical aspect (i.e. Aktionsart) plays in motion event encoding in Homeric Greek. Building on the theoretical framework of Talmy (1985, 1991, 2000, 2009), this work focuses on the role that telicity (Vendler 1967), as a verb-inherent semantic feature, plays in the distribution of motion verbs and co-occurring spatial particles as well as in their different mutual morphosyntactic cohesion. In this study, we used the Many-facet Rasch measurement (MFRM) to explore the quality of ratings as well as the functioning of five analytic rating scales developed for automated assessment of L2 speech. This study is part of a multidisciplinary research project that develops automatic speech recognition (ASR), automated scoring and automated feedback for L2 Finnish and Swedish. The data include the analytic ratings (task completion, fluency, pronunciation, range, accuracy) gathered from human raters (n=14) who assessed L2 Finnish learners’ (n=64) speech samples using Moodle. Lietojumprogramma pamatā paredzēta izmantošanai uz datora. Lietotne ir vienkārša, intuitīvi saprotama un bez liekām krāšņībām. Programmas pirmkodu drīkst brīvi studēt, rediģēt un izmantot savām vajadzībām. Darba rezultātā tika izstrādāta tīmekļa lietotne, kura izmanto tikai vienu ārējo bibliotēku un darbojas uz visplašāk lietotajām tīmekļa lietojumprogrammām.

Roma children in Western Balkans display to date incomparably higher levels of undernutrition, compared to non-Roma children. Employing logistic regression models, we explore the determinants of such dramatic differences using Multiple Indicator Cluster Surveys carried out in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, and Serbia in the period 2011-2013 and 2018-2020.
