Background & Aims Obeticholic acid (OCA) has recently been restricted in patients with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) with "advanced cirrhosis" because of its narrow therapeutic index. We aimed to better define the predicting factors of hepatic serious adverse events (SAEs) and non-response in cirrhotic patients undergoing OCA therapy. Methods Safety and efficacy of treatment were evaluated in a cohort of consecutive PBC cirrhotic patients started with OCA. OCA response was evaluated according to the Poise criteria. Search for hyperon $ΔS=ΔQ$ violating decay $Ξ^{0}\toΣ^{-}e^{+}ν_{e}$

Using a data sample of $(1.0087\pm0.0044)\times10^{10}$ $J/ψ$ decay events collected with the BESIII detector at the center-of-mass energy of $\sqrt{s}=3.097$ GeV, we present a search for the hyperon semileptonic decay $Ξ^{0}\toΣ^{-}e^{+}ν_{e}$ which violates the $ΔS=ΔQ$ rule. No significant signal is observed, and the upper limit on the branching fraction $\mathcal{B}(Ξ^{0}\toΣ^{-}e^{+}ν_{e})$ is determined to be $1.6\times10^{-4}$ at the 90% confidence level. This result improves the previous upper limit result by about one order of magnitude.

Le choix de la région BFC s’explique par l’accès facilité au terrain et le fait que la RSE est à ce jour peu explorée d’un point de vue académique dans cette région. Pētījuma mērķis ir, izpētīt studentu uztverto stresu un psiholoģiskās labklājības saistību Covid-19 pandēmijas laikā. Pētījumā piedalījās 61 respondents, no kuriem 48 (78,8%) ir sievietes un 13 (21,3%) vīrieši. Pētījuma dalībnieki ir dažādu studiju līmeņa un programmu studenti no Latvijas vecumā no 18 līdz 25 gadiem. Vidējais respondentu vecums ir 21,49. In the first section there is a survey of the verb tenses used in the narration of the past by the main character (who is also the narrator).
