Maģistra darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 40 lapām. Tas satur 23 attēlus, 3 tabulas, 1 pielikumu un 45 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis bija novērtēt, kā mainās acī noklīdusī gaisma kontaktlēcu lietotājiem dienas laikā. Pētījumā piedalījās 20 dalībnieki, kuriem ar C- Quant Oculus iekārtu tika noteikta acī noklīdušās gaismas vērtība dienas sākumā un pēcpusdienā. Ar aptaujas palīdzību tika noskaidrots kontaktlēcu lietotāju redzes komforta subjektīvās sajūtas dienas sākumā un pēcpusdienā. Cilvēka gastrointestinālajā traktā ir daudzveidīgs mikrobioms, kam ir būtiska loma veselības uzturēšanā un fizioloģisko funkciju veikšanā organismā. Mikrobioma traucējumi ietekmē imūnsistēmas funkcijas, vielmaiņu, kā arī saistīti ar dažādām slimībām. MikroRNS (miRNS) ir nozīmīga loma gēnu ekspresijas regulēšanā. An unexpected representation of burgundian vineyards in the 16th century: the map of “Les Environs de l’estang de Longpendu”

The Environs de l’étang de Longpendu map by Jean Vandamme shows a part of the Burgundy territory, located in the center of Charolais, probably at the end of the sixteenth century. It is representative of a complex corpus and shows, in various ways, a part of the Burgundy vineyards in the North, and Charolais forests and plains in the South. The vineyards shown are partly those occupied by today’s Côte de Beaune, Côte chalonnaise, Mâconnais and Couchois. This is one of the oldest representations of the vineyard in Burgundy, and a precious tool for documenting the dynamics of vineyard expansion from the 16th to the 21st century.
Metric Rectifiability of H-regular Surfaces with Hölder Continuous Horizontal Normal

Two definitions for the rectifiability of hypersurfaces in Heisenberg groups Hn have been proposed: one based on H-regular surfaces and the other on Lipschitz images of subsets of codimension-1 vertical subgroups. The equivalence between these notions remains an open problem. Recent partial results are due to Cole–Pauls, Bigolin–Vittone, and Antonelli–Le Donne. This paper makes progress in one direction: the metric Lipschitz rectifiability of H-regular surfaces. We prove that H-regular surfaces in Hn with α-Hölder continuous horizontal normal, α>0, are metric bilipschitz rectifiable. We review different techniques to enforce essential boundary conditions, such as the (nonhomogeneous) Dirichlet boundary condition, within a discrete variational framework, and especially techniques that allow to account for them in a weak sense. Those are of special interest for discretizations such as geometrically unfitted finite elements or high order methods, for instance.
