Costituisce discriminazione indiretta ai sensi dell’art. 2 D.Lgs. 9 luglio 2003, n. 216, in danno delle lavoratrici madri (soggetti che cumulano il fattore di rischio costituito dal sesso femminile con il fattore di rischio costituito dalla maternità), una nuova organizzazione dell’orario di lavoro, la quale renda estremamente difficoltosa – se non impossibile – la conciliazione dei tempi di vita e di lavoro e la fruizione degli istituti giuridici a ciò preposti: la discriminazione indiretta, infatti, alberga non nel trattamento – che è uguale per tutti i dipendenti – ma negli effetti, che sono diversi perchè diverse sono le situazioni soggettive dei destinatari del trattamento.

The cocrystals (CH3)3As·C6F5I (1) and (CH3)3Sb·C6F5I (2) were generated in situ from equimolar mixtures of their components. 1 and 2 show very close I⋯As and I⋯Sb directional intermolecular interactions. They are 0.5 and 0.7 Å shorter than the sums of van der Waals radii, respectively, and are the shortest C–I⋯As and C–I⋯Sb halogen bonds of this type found for experimentally characterized molecular (co)crystals. Comparisons of the packing motifs and contacts in 1 and 2 with those in (CH3)3As (3), (CH3)3Sb (4) and C6F5I (5) illustrate the occurrence and hierarchy of the specific interactions. The theory of public goods is mainly about the difficulty in paying for them. Our question here is this: Why might public goods not be provided, even if funding is available? We use the Afghan Army as our case study. We explore this issue using a simple model of a public good that can be provided through collective action and peer pressure, by modeling the self-organization of a group (the Afghan Army) as a mechanism design problem. Discovery of varlaxins, new aeruginosin-type inhibitors of human trypsins

Low-molecular weight natural products display vast structural diversity and have played a key role in the development of novel therapeutics. Here we report the discovery of novel members of the aeruginosin family of natural products, which we named varlaxins. The chemical structures of varlaxins 1046A and 1022A were determined using a combination of mass spectrometry, analysis of one- and two-dimensional NMR spectra, and HPLC analysis of Marfey's derivatives. Pēdējās desmitgadēs sugas izplatības areāla ziemeļaustrumu daļā zilpodzes indivīdu skaits un izplatība ir samazinājies. Par galveno iemeslu tam uzskata problēmas ar ģeneratīvo vairošanos. Ar anatomiskās izpētes palīdzību secināja, ka zilpodzes saknes satur veģetatīvās vairošanās struktūras. Hydrogen-atom and oxygen-atom transfer reactivities of iron(iv)-oxo complexes of quinoline-substituted pentadentate ligands

A series of iron(II) complexes with the general formula [FeII(L2-Qn)(L)]n+ (n = 1, L = F−, Cl−; n = 2, L = NCMe, H2O) have been isolated and characterized. The X-ray crystallographic data reveals that metal–ligand bond distances vary with varying ligand field strengths of the sixth ligand. While the complexes with fluoride, chloride and water as axial ligand are high spin, the acetonitrile-coordinated complex is in a mixed spin state. The steric bulk of the quinoline moieties forces the axial ligands to deviate from the Fe–Naxial axis. The biofilm mode of life, known to increase the resistance of micro-organisms and to allow their persistence in the environment, is a strategy that can be adopted by B. bruxellensis.In this thesis project, microscopic observations revealed the presence of matrix around the cells, an essential element in the definition of a biofilm.
