Estudio de la sarcopenia y la fragilidad en una población diabética de edad avanzada y su relación con parámetros de estrés oxidativo

El envejecimiento de la población ha provocado que enfermedades crónicas asociadas a la edad como la diabetes mellitus tipo 2 (DM2) y síndromes geriátricos como la fragilidad o la sarcopenia hayan aumentado su prevalencia en la población. La DM2 aumenta el riesgo de padecer sarcopenia y fragilidad en la población geriátrica a la vez que el diagnóstico de sarcopenia y fragilidad supone un factor de riesgo para el desarrollo de diabetes. Maģistra darbā ir apskatīta bilingvālu skolēnu lasītprasme 4. klasē, kuras aktuālitāti apliecina izglītības pārmaiņas mācību valodas jomā. Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt 4. klases bilingvālo skolēnu lasītprasmes sasniegumus. Tiek apskatīti pētāmie terminoloģiskie jautājumi, analizēta zinātniskā literatūra un dokumenti par bilingvālo izglītību un bilingvālu 4. klases skolēnu valodas attīstības īpatnībām, analizēti pētījumi un publikāciju dati par bilingvālu skolēnu sasniegumiem. Veicot PIRLS 2016 pētījuma kvantitatīvo datu analīzi, tiek nonākts pie secinājumiem, ka 4. klasē monolingvālu skolēnu lasītprasmes sasniegumi ir statistiski nozīmīgi augstāki nekā bilingvāliem skolēniem. The purpose of this study has been to identify and analyse obstacles embedded in the school organisation that impede organisational development and improvement. The general findings show that the school structure comprised sub-groups and had characteristics of a diversified organisation. This led to dysfunctional discussions that challenged school development and improvement. This article asks about the expansion of psychological, therapeutic and self-enhancement ethos through the networks and devices that configures middle and upper-middle classes, and about the ways in which this process is singled out starting from the encounter between coaching and psychology paradigms with golf fans, in contemporary Argentina. The empirical materials that support the analysis have been ethnographically produced from the interaction with golf players and coaches.
