RESUMENEl presente trabajo aborda los conceptos planteados por Chaïm Perelman en su teoría de la argumentación, con el fin de lograr una comprensión del razonamiento en las decisiones judiciales tomadas por la Corte Constitucional de Colombia, en relación a tres casos sobre interrupción voluntaria del embarazo (IVE). En primer lugar, se aborda la teoría de la  “Nueva Retórica” de Chaïm Perelman, y en especial su aplicación en el campo del Derecho. Valoración aristotélico-argumentativa del caso Iguala, a propósito de la Comisión por la Verdad y la Justicia

En la presente investigación se analiza la fundamentación de la sentencia de amparo en revisión 203/2017 del Caso Iguala, en su resolución de conformar una comisión investigadora de la verdad y la justicia, para esclarecer y resolver el caso de los 43 desaparecidos. Desde la teoría aristotélica de la argumentación se busca estudiar la sentencia y decantar sus resultados lógico-argumentales a partir de dicho modelo hermenéutico. Finalmente, se evaluará su racionalidad de acuerdo con el paradigma tríadico: analítico-dialéctico-retórico que compone la lógica de Aristóteles, para ver si los argumentos presentados se justifican y convencen en sí mismos.

Collaborative argumentation through role-play by students on a degree programme in social services

The aim of this study was to investigate the nature of collaborative argumentation by students enrolled in a degree program in social services. Students (n = 29) in a University of Applied Sciences participated in role-play discussions and problem solving on adolescents’ substance abuse. The discussions were conducted either online (15 students) or face-to-face (14 students). The data comprise the students’ asynchronous online and face-to-face discussions, which were analysed by identifying discussion fragments relevant in collaborative argumentation, and by comparing the results of the two groups. This study investigates whether combining chat discussion and construction of an argument diagram stimulates students to formulate new ideas in practising argumentation. In this study, 16 secondary school students discussed vivisection and gender equality in pairs using both free and structured chat tools. In structured chat, the students selected and completed partial sentences provided by the computer. Sanfilippo, Probabilistic logic under coherence, model-theoretic probabilistic logic, and default reasoning in System P, Journal of Applied Non-Classical Logics 12(2) (2002) 189---213.], we have explored the relationship between probabilistic reasoning under coherence and model-theoretic probabilistic reasoning. In particular, we have shown that the notions of g-coherence and of g-coherent entailment in probabilistic reasoning under coherence can be expressed by combining notions in model-theoretic probabilistic reasoning with concepts from default reasoning.
