[EN] In this paper we present the results related to the excavation works conducted in Late Neolithic and Bell Beaker sites of Quintaret (Montesa, Valencia) and Corcot (l’Alcúdia de Crespins, Valencia), both in the middle valley of Canyoles river. The sites, neighboring each other, offer a quite different volume of information (Quintaret: 51 structures; Corcot: 4 structures). 14C dates allow us to define the occupation of this area of the valley along the first half of the III millennium cal BC. Cryopreservation of white mulberry (Morus alba L.) by encapsulation-dehydration and vitrification

Shoot apices of in vitro-grown plantlets of white mulberry, Morus alba L. cv Florio, were cryopreserved using either encapsulation-dehydration or vitrification. For encapsulation-dehydration, alginate beads containing apices were dehydrated for 1, 3, 5 or 7 days in a liquid medium containing various sucrose concentrations (0.5, 0.75, 1.0 or 1.25 M). Bead desiccation was performed using silica gel for either 0, 4, 6, 8, 9 or 14 h. For vitrification, apices were directly immersed for either 5, 15, 30 or 60 min in a vitrification solution (PVS2). The aim of this study was to determine the loading efficiency, physicochemical stability, and release of irinotecan-loaded DC BeadsTM (bead size 100—300 μm, 300—500 μm) before and after mixing with nonionic contrast medium (Accupaque® 300, Imeron® 300, Ultravist ® 300) during a prolonged period of time (28 days) when stored at room temperature or refrigerated. Ievads: Transarteriāla ķīmijembolizācija ar medikamentus izdalošām mikrosfērām (DEB-TACE) ir audzēja apasiņojošo artēriju oklūzija digitālās subtrakcijas angiogrāfijas laikā, izmantojot mikrosfēras piesūcinātas ar ķīmijembolizācijas materiālu, kas pēc ievades pagarina saskares laiku starp audzēja šūnām un ķīmijterapijas medikamentiem. DEB-TACE tiek plaši pielietota hepatocelulārās karcinomas (HCC) paliatīvajā ārstēšanā, kad rezekcija vai ablācija nav iespējama. DEB-TACE tiek izmantota arī citu hipervaskulāru nerezicējamu aknu audzēju, piemēram, holangiokarcinomas, kolorektālu aknu metastāžu ārstēšanā.
