Roman Catholic-Orthodox dialogue, due to the doctrinal similitude of both ecclesial traditions, raises the greatest hopes as to unification in faith and in church teachings. Over nearly four hundred years of work by the Joint Commission for the theological dialogue between the Roman Catholic Church and the Orthodox Church on the global scene, it has born much good fruit. Jews in the discourse of the Catholic Church The article describes the most important changes which appeared after the Second Vatican Council in the discourse of the Catholic Church in reference to its attitude to confessors of Judaism. The change is the difference between the state of texts in two different moments, which is why the first part of the article is dedicated to the characteristics of pre-Council (and mostly pre-war) discourse about Jews, and the second part to main directions of the changes caused by the realization of the Council postulates. Members of the Catholic Church express their faith in a variety of manners, in general with a focus on liturgical and popular forms of piety. This article provided construction and initial validation for a brief questionnaire to measure Catholic religious practices. The authors used Sample 1 (n = 219) for exploratory factor analysis and Sample 2 (n = 181) for confirmatory factor analysis and to test the validity of a new scale.
