The issue of lethal autonomous weapons systems (laws) goes to the heart of the debate on new warfare technologies: States, international organizations, non-governmental organizations and civil society at large have long been discussing the acceptability of ‘autonomous killing’. The present contribution zooms in on the position held by the Holy See, exploring its content and the main arguments which support the call of a ban on such technology. Both diplomatic statements and doctrinal teachings will be tackled. Kritiske ytringer om pave Frans framsettes som regel på konservativt og tradisjonalistisk katolsk hold. Denne artikkelen sikter på å presentere en progressivt fundert kritikk av det nåværende pontifikatet. Frans krediteres for gode intensjoner, pastoralt lederskap og motstand mot klerikalistiske holdninger. Pentecostalism is the most evolving Christian movement in the contemporary world. Some churches of this tradition have been engaged in a dialogue with the Catholic Church sińce 1972. Polish followers of this religious movement are largely centred around the Pentecostal Church in Poland. This chapter is dedicated to the twentieth century, where pedagogy underwent a profound transformation becoming a science capable of critically reflecting on education and taking on the characteristics of a specific, complex and more articulated knowledge. Thanks to this brief history of contemporary pedagogical epistemology, it is explained why pedagogy needed to create new paradigms of scientific research.
