In general, the inclusion of new gestures implies writing new lines of code that strongly depend on the target platform where the system is run. Cognitive deficits in multiple sclerosis (MS) are common and correlate with contemporary MRI brain abnormalities, particularly atrophy, but the ability of imaging early in the disease to predict later cognitive impairment remains to be determined. Thirty relapsing—remitting MS patients recruited within three years of the onset of the disease, and in whom MRI had been performed at baseline and a year later, were assessed neuropsychologically five years later. Abstract Learning motivation has a special explanatory status in educational psychology and educational practice. Motivation and learning often are studied separately. In the achievement motivation tradition, achievement situation is the connecting link between learning process and achievement need. The explanatory power of this link has limitations. The activity concept is proposed as a unit which is able to offer a broader basis for a unified concept of learning motivation.

Oral controlled release (CR) formulations have many benefits and have become a valuable resource for the local and systemic administration of drugs. The most important characteristic of these pharmaceutical products is that drug absorption occurs mainly in the colon. Therefore, this review analyses the physiological and physicochemical features that may affect an orally administered CR product, as well as the different strategies to develop a CR dosage form and the methods used to evaluate the formulation efficacy. The models available to study the intestinal permeability and their applicability to colonic permeability determinations are also discussed.

Este artículo analiza los efectos de la tenencia y uso de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIc) en la adquisición de competencias (evaluadas por ordenador en la prueba de PIsa de 2012). los principales resultados son los siguientes. En primer lugar, se constata que las variables TIc inciden en mayor medida en la adquisición de matemáticas que en el resto de competencias evaluadas (comprensión lectora y ciencias). En segundo lugar, resulta relevante la variable TIc utilizada, ya que no todas inciden del mismo modo. Finalmente, existen algunos resultados dispares por género.

Abstract Objective To obtain reference values for the isometric endurance test (IET) of the cervical flexor muscles, investigate its reproducibility, and compare the results with the maximal isometric strength test (MIST) of the cervical flexor muscles. Design Cross-sectional non-comparative study with single group repeated measurements. Methods Altogether 219 healthy females aged 20–59 years volunteered to participate in the study.
