Darbā tiek pētītas savienojamības problēmas Baltijas jūras reģionā, analizējot Fehmarn Belt Fixed Link un Øresund Bridge gadījumus. Savienojamības attīstība ir atkarīga no transporta koridoru harmonizācijas, modernizācijas un perspektīvas. Pētījums mērķis ir vērsts uz Fehmarn Belt Fixed Link ietekmes noteikšanu savienojuma elementiem. Discretionary Government Consumption, Private Domestic Demand, and Crisis Episodes

This paper analyzes the dynamic impact of discretionary government consumption purchases on private demand. Using a panel of 132 countries from 1960 to 2008, we find that while discretionary changes in government consumption lead to crowding-in effects in the short run, crowding-out effects take over in the medium run. In addition, we also find that both short-term crowding-in and mediumterm crowding out effects are amplified once we control for periods of crisis.

The present paper shows the benefits coming from the operation of the recent electrical high voltage (HV) interconnections between Sicily, Malta and mainland Italy. These new interconnections allow zonal prices of electricity considerably lower than in the past, ensuring greater flexibility to the system and a better integration of Renewable Energy Sources (RES). This study explores macro-level computer-supported collaborative learning scripts as a pedagogical method to facilitate collaboration. A collaboration script is a set of instructions used to improve collaborative learning among students in technology-enhanced environments. Previously, university students’ perspective has been under-represented in the study on collaboration scripts. We present an algorithm which solves the elementary integration problem of $I$ generically in $O((kd)^{\omega+2g+1} h^{g+1})$ operations.
