Šī darba mērķis ir noskaidrot saistību starp traumatisku bērnības pieredzi un psiholoģiskās labklājības līmeni,dzīvesspēku, kā arī to veicinošiem faktoriem. Darba ietvaros traumatiska bērnības pieredze tiek apskatīta kā fiziska, emocionāla vai seksuāla vardarbība pret bērnu ģimenē. Vardarbība pret bērniem ir nozīmīga problēma ar dažāda veida nopietnām paliekošām sekām, kas ietekmē tai skaitā arī indivīda subjektīvo labklājību pieaugušo vecumā. Ņemot vērā, ka cilvēku un dzīvnieku mijiedarbība un līdzās pastāvēšana pakāpeniski ir kļuvusi par problēmu, un dzīvnieku izmantošana cilvēku labā ir pieņēmusi milzīgus apmērus, autoresprāt, ir būtiski sakārtot jau pastāvošo likumdošanu un ieviest stingrāku kontroli, lai nodrošinātu pilnvērtīgu dzīvnieku interešu aizsardzību. SURVEY ON THE DEMAND OF SICILIAN PHYSICIANS FOR A SPECIFIC TRAINING ON HUMAN CADAVERS AND ANIMALS

Currently, surgical training of physicians in Italy has limited possibilities.Surgical training can be performed on dissection of human bodies as well as in animal laboratories, but experience is very poor. We conducted a survey through an anonymous questionnaire in order to evaluate the opinions of post-graduate physicians on their need for experience training on both human and animal bodies during their medical studies. A total of 165 young Sicilian physicians responded to the survey. Only 14 of them (8.5%) declared they had specific training on a live animal, while 46 (27.9%) reported they already attended cadaver labs. In the present paper one population of the “large” subtidal mollusc Cerithium vulgatum Bruguiere, 1792 (Gastropoda: Cerithiidae) from the Northwestern coast of Sicily was investigated from a karyological point of view. The chromosome complement was Giemsa stained, conventionally karyotyped in 18 homomorphic chromosome pairs (10 bi-armed and 8 mono-armed), and subsequently analysed using silver, CMA3 and DAPI staining, and fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH) with three repetitive DNA probes [ribosomal DNA (rDNA), (TTAGGG)n and (GATA)n]. Stosowanie nowych metod nauczania jest niezmiernie istotne w kontekście rozwijania kompetencji studentów prawa, zwłaszcza w obszarze nauk penalnych. Autonomia programowa uczelni wyższych oraz normy ustawowe sprawiają, że możliwości wpływania na jakość kształcenia istnieją, abstrahując od sposobów finansowania nauki w Polsce. Zwiększanie umiejętności przyszłych prawników uwidocznione jest w naukach sądowych i kryminalistyce, a zaznajomienie ich z dorobkiem nauk przyrodniczych i technicznych, również w salach laboratoryjnych, może korzystnie wpływać na kompetencje zawodowe w przyszłości.
