Dairy Debaryomyces hansenii strains produce the antihypertensive casein-derived peptides LHLPLP and HLPLP

The ability of dairy Debaryomyces hansenii, Kluyveromyces lactis and Kluyveromyces marxianus strains to release the casein-derived antihypertensive sequences RYLGY, AYFYPEL, LHLPLP, HLPLP, VPP and/or IPP was examined. Yeast strains were grown in medium with casein as sole nitrogen source and the yeast casein hydrolysates (CSHs) were analysed by HPLC-MS/MS to search for the six antihypertensive sequences. Only LHLPLP and HLPLP were identified in CSHs and exclusively in D. hansenii Dh1 and Dh14 hydrolysates in which both antihypertensive sequences represented approximately 6 (CSH Dh1) and 10% (CSH Dh14) of total peptide content. Rauga Kluyveromyces marxianus acetāta tolerance

Maģistra darba mērķis bija novērtēt rauga Kluyveromyces marxianus iespējamos šūnu adaptācijas mehānismus pret acetāta izraisīto stresu. Fermentācijās ar laktozi saturošu substrātu un pievienotu 40 mM acetātu šūnu kultūrai tika novērota paildzināta lag fāze, kuras laikā palielinājās šūnu populācijas rezistence pret acetātu. Pētījumos tika novērota rauga Kluyveromyces marxianus DSM 5422 šūnu populācijas heterogenitāte, kas liecina, ka daļa no šūnām sākotnēji ir tolerantāka pret organisko skābju izraisīto stresu. The first tome includes two books: De la «praxis» individuelle au pratico-inerte and Du groupe à l’histoire. Thus Jean-Paul Sartre combines existentialism and historical materialism, referring to the concepts of praxis and of history. The concept of history is the main theme of his work, and it can be understood as a dialectical process in the complex system of the human relationships.

The text explains the difference between Marx?s concept of «oppression» and others as «coercion» by Durkheim or «domination» by Weber. The article then establishes, in a methodical way, the centrality of a passage from Capital, in which three different theories on «oppression» appear. It?s explained that two of them are rather a philosophical antinomy. The other, relative to the heteronomy of social time, can be completed by defining the heteronomy of social space, which gives it analytical virtuality. Some examples are given.
