06052; Cette communication propose une analyse des parcours scolaires des enfants issus de l'immigration en lien avec les aspirations éducatives de leurs parents et le vécu de ces parcours par les enfants eux-mêmes. Les données exploitées sont celles du Panel 95-2002 (DEP, Ministère de l'Education) et de l'enquête Education et famille (INSEE, 2003). Sont mises en évidence les aspirations éducatives plus élevées des familles immigrées comparées aux familles françaises d'origine de même milieu social, avec des différences selon l'origine géographique. The school careers of immigrant's children in France: success and disillusions

06056; This paper will describe the school careers of immigrant children and analyze the patterns of educational inequality in France. It will provide an analysis of immigrant's educational expectations viewed in relation with their children's school careers, taking into account the impact of social, ethnic and geographical origin. In this perspective, we use a rich longitudinal dataset (Ministry of Education 1995 Panel). We point out higher educational expectations among immigrant parents, as compared with native parents of similar social background. Nuclear Energy Density Optimization: UNEDF2

The parameters of the UNEDF2 nuclear energy density functional (EDF) model were obtained in an optimization to experimental data consisting of nuclear binding energies, proton radii, odd-even mass staggering data, fission-isomer excitation energies, and single particle energies. In addition to parameter optimization, sensitivity analysis was done to obtain parameter uncertainties and correlations. The resulting UNEDF2 is an all-around EDF. However, the sensitivity analysis also demonstrated that the limits of current Skyrme-like EDFs have been reached and that novel approaches are called for.

The article addresses the so-called principle of speciality referred to in Article 607e of the Criminal Procedures Code in connection with Article 27 of the Council Framework Decision of 13 June 2002 no. 2002/584/JHA on the European arrest warrant and the surrender procedures between Member States, and the exception to that rule specified in Article 607e § 3, item 2 CPC and Article 27(3)(a) of the EAW Decision. This article also assesses the order of the Appellate Court in Gdańsk of 31 May 2016, case reference II AKzw 921/16, and the argument that the deadline of 45 days referred to in Article 607e § 3, item 2 CPC cannot start to run with respect to a Polish national. INTRODUCTION: Variation of respiratory care is described between centers around the world. The Italian Neonatal Network (INN), as a national group of the Vermont-Oxford Network (VON) allows to perform a wide analysis of respiratory care in very low birth weight infants. METHODS: We analyzed the dataset of infants enrolled in the INN in 2009 and 2010 and, for surfactant administration only, from 2006 to 2010 from 83 participating centers. With a courageous judgment, the Constitutional Court extends the application scope of art. 25, par. 2, Cost. in the criminal enforcement sector. Censoring the living law, the Court states the prohibition of the retroactivity of the measures more afflictive introduced by law no. 3 of 2019 to convicts who committed the fact before its entry into force. The Author, after dwelling on the new paradigm of "European legality", retraces the salient passages of the decision, from which it draws the innovative message of the Judge of the laws.
