W niniejszym artykule podjęto próbę określenia stopnia realizacji zasady partnerstwa w procesie wdrażania regionalnych programów operacyjnych (RPO) w Polsce w obecnej perspektywie finansowej (2014–2020). In a R&D department, several projects may have to be implemented simultaneously within a certain period of time by a limited number of human resources with diverse skills. This paper proposes an optimisation model for the allocation of multi-skilled human resources to R&D projects, considering individual workers as entities having different knowledge, experience and ability. Two kind of total intradermal suture techniques are described in the present report. These procedures allow an effective reduction of post-operative pain of surgical wound, prevent infections, cut down tissutal trauma, achieve better aesthetic results, making easier postoperative patient''s management. From January 2001 to December 2007, 1,427 patients underwent surgical treatment and the wounds have been sewn with self-locking knots or intradermal skin closure with introflecting knots. This kind of procedures allow a sharp reduction of postoperative pain as well as the incidence of wound infections. Also the number of wound medication required after surgery is significantly reduced.

Background: Development of seroma after incisional hernia repair is a common complication. Our study aims to compare the outcomes of sublay incisional hernia repairs with or without spray instillation of fibrin glue. Methods: We enrolled fifty patients undergoing incisional hernia repair. In all patients a suction drain was placed in the subcutaneous space. In one group (FG) 4 ml fibrin glue was instilled in the subcutaneous space. In the control group (C) patients did not receive any prevention measure. Wounds fluids were collected on post-operative day 1 (POD) and once daily until drain removal. In this work we followed the formation of palladium nanoparticles, starting from palladium (II) acetate precursor, inside a poly(4-vinylpyridine-co-divinylbenzene) polymer in presence of different reducing agents. The formation and growth of palladium nanoparticles in presence of H-2 was followed as a function of temperature by simultaneous XANES-SAXS techniques, coupled with DRIFT spectroscopy in operando conditions. It was found that the pyridyl functional groups in the polymer plays a fundamental role in the stabilization of the palladium (II) acetate precursor, as well as in the stabilization of the palladium nanoparticles.
