No biomarker has yet shown enough diagnostic accuracy to rule out sepsis at the time of clinical suspicion. Resumen Antecedentes y objetivo La coalicion tarsiana puede ser causa de dolor de medio-retropie en ninos mayores. El objetivo es analizar los tipos de coalicion tratados en nuestro centro hospitalario de 2010 a 2019 asi como el tratamiento realizado. Material y metodo Estudio observacional, descriptivo y retrospectivo de 18 pacientes con coalicion tarsiana, 8 mujeres y 10 hombres, de 11,9 ± 2,6 anos de edad. Optimism and sense of coherence in mothers and fathers of children with cerebral palsy participating in an intensified habilitation programme

Background: To describe optimism and sense of coherence in mothers and fathers of preschool children with cerebral palsy (CP), before and after participation in an intensified habilitation program. Methods: Forty-five parents of preschool children with CP answered the Life Orientation Test (LOT) and sense of coherence questionnaire (SOC) twice during one year. Results: Parents of the youngest CP children and those with high stress levels reported reduced optimism and sense of coherence at baseline.
