Izhajajoč iz dinamičnega pristopa k razumevanju tvorbe pomena avtor v tej izvirni, za Revus napisani razpravi izgradi pragmatično usmerjeni nauk o pravnem razlaganju. Ta se odmika tako od formalističnih kot protiformalističnih pogledov, saj je v skladu z njim razlaganje hkrati »odkrivanje« nekaterih pomenskih ravni in »ustvarjanje« drugih. Pomen vsakršnih (tudi pravnih) izrazov ali stavkov je torej obravnavan kot nekaj stopnjevitega, oblikovanega na več ravneh. La presente investigación analiza, a partir de textos cubanos actuales, un tipo de construcciones que proponemos denominar «secuencias ponderadoras de identificación con como». Se explica su funcionamiento en calidad de construcción lingüística peculiar mediante la descripción e interpretación de sus características morfosintácticas y semánticas. By examining current Cuban texts, this study analyzes a type of constructions which are proposed to be denominated 'emphatic sequences of identification with como'. It tries to explain these sequences as a peculiar linguistic construction by means of the description and interpretation of their morphosyntactic and semantic characteristics.

Impact of the terrestrial reference frame on the determination of the celestial reference frame.

Currently three up-to-date Terrestrial Reference Frames (TRF) are available, the ITRF2014 from IGN, the DTRF2014 from DGFI-TUM, and JTRF2014 from JPL. All use the identical input data of space-geodetic station positions and Earth orientation parameters, but the concept of combining these data is fundamentally different. The IGN approach is based on the combination of technique solutions, while the DGFI is combining the normal equation systems.
