Il 13 settembre 1956, Stravinsky diresse nella basilica di San Marco a Venezia la prima esecuzione del "Canticum Sacrum" (1955), insieme con le "Variazioni-corali sulla canto natalizio Vom Himmel hoch…" (1955-56). Il "Canticum" era stato realizzato su commissione del Festival delle Biennale e costituisce un esempio dell'approccio del compositore alla tecnica dodecafonica. Le "Variazioni-corali" presentano quasi il medesimo organico del "Canticum" e sono invece da considerarsi come una sorta di ripensamento creativo delle "Variazioni canoniche" BWV 796-796a di Johann Sebastian Bach. Resumen Caso clinico Mujer de 40 anos remitida a nuestro servicio por persistencia durante meses de un cuadro de blefaritis anterior de aspecto indolente con aparicion de un nodulo indurado en el parpado superior derecho filiado como chalazion refractario al tratamiento convencional, asociado a adenopatia preauricular ipsilateral. La biopsia extemporanea se informo como carcinoma sebaceo. Procedimos a la exeresis completa de dicho parpado y a su reconstruccion con injerto de mucosa palatina y colgajo glabelar. N-channel power MOSFETs were tested at ChipIr (ISIS-RAL) with atmospheric-like neutron spectrum. Voltage thresholds for Single Event Burnout were evaluated and their correlations with the devices characteristics (V(BR)DSS) were investigated.

Abstract. Actual evapotranspiration from typical Mediterranean crops has been assessed in a Sicilian study area by using surface energy balance (SEB) and soil-water balance models. Both modelling approaches use remotely sensed data to estimate evapotranspiration fluxes in a spatially distributed way. The first approach exploits visible (VIS), near-infrared (NIR) and thermal (TIR) observations to solve the surface energy balance equation whereas the soil-water balance model uses only VIS-NIR data to detect the spatial variability of crop parameters. Quantitative Multispectral Imaging Differentiates Melanoma from Seborrheic Keratosis.

Melanoma is a melanocytic tumor that is responsible for the most skin cancer-related deaths. By contrast, seborrheic keratosis (SK) is a very common benign lesion with a clinical picture that may resemble melanoma. We used a multispectral imaging device to distinguish these two entities, with the use of autofluorescence imaging with 405 nm and diffuse reflectance imaging with 525 and 660 narrow-band LED illumination. We analyzed intensity descriptors of the acquired images. These included ratios of intensity values of different channels, standard deviation and minimum/maximum values of intensity of the lesions. Il contributo ha l’obiettivo di studiare alcuni casi di ricostruzione dell’abside eseguiti in edifici chiesastici palermitani nella seconda metà del XVI secolo. Si tratta delle chiese di San Sebastiano, San Francesco d’Assisi e San Martino delle Scale (all’interno dell’omonima abbazia), in cui, nella seconda metà del Cinquecento, per motivi liturgici, l’abside originaria viene “trasformata”, in un’abside “piatta”, al fine di potervi inserire il Coro ligneo.
