High-temperature superconducting objects of Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8 and Y Ba2Cu3O7 highly curved in the ab-plane, such as curved/kinked whiskers, bows and ring-like structures, were obtained within a solid?liquid?solid (SLS) grass-like growth mechanism. As-grown objects are crystals with three-dimensional epitaxy similar to conventional single crystals: they can be viewed as crystal parts ?cut? from a conventional rectangular crystal. Between our curved objects and conventional crystals, whiskers or thin films there are some differences in the superconducting properties induced only by the shape factors and no new physics is observed. The variability of crop quality accounts for most of seasonal variation of farmers’ incomes, since fruit growth and quality components may greatly change according to various environmental and within-tree factors. Canopy architecture and orchard layout are mainly responsible for fruit size, quality and its variability. Unbaffled stirred tanks are seldom employed in the process industry as they are considered poorer mixers than baffled tanks. However, they might provide significant advantages in a wide range of applications like crystallization processes as well as for food and pharmaceutical industries, where the presence of baffles is often undesirable. In the present work solid-liquid suspension in an unbaffled stirred tank was investigated. A novel experimental method (steady cone radius method) was devised to ease the evaluation of the minimum impeller speed for complete particle suspension (Njs). This brief paper analyses the obligation of Covid-19 vaccine provided by Italian legislation for workers of the National Health Service. In the order n. 38 of 2022, the Council of Sicilian Administrative Justice decided to verify the possibility to impose mandatory Covid-19 vaccine in relation to Art. 32nd of the Italian Constitution, which provides freedom of self-determination in health choices. Moreover, this principle has to be connected to the general principle of solidarity , enshrined in the Art. 2nd of the Italian Constitution.

National audience; Nous avons récemment proposé (1, 2) deux modèles thermodynamiques pour les équilibres divariants entre la vapeur d'eau et les hydrates salins solides. Le premier postule l'existence d'une solution solide d'insertion d'eau dans le sel, le second postule l'existence d'une solution solide de substitution entre deux hydrates du sel. Le but de ce travail est d'établir un nouveau critère permettant de distinguer les deux modèles à partir de l'expérience et de délimiter le domaine divariant dans chacun des deux cas. Nous supposerons, sauf mention contraire, que la solution d'insertion obéit à la loi de Henry par rapport à l'eau et que la solution de substitution est idéale. Nous…
