Aging is a physiological process defined by decreased cellular and tissue functions. Reduced capacity of protein degradation is one of the important hallmarks of aging that may lead to misfolded protein accumulation and progressive loss of function in organ systems. Recognition of unfolded/misfolded protein aggregates via endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress sensors activates an adaptive mechanism, the unfolded protein response (UPR). The initial step of UPR is defined by chaperone enhancement, ribosomal translation suppression, and misfolded protein degradation, while prolonged ER stress triggers apoptosis. Maģistra darba tēmas nosaukums ir “Nomierinošo uztura bagātinātāju aprite aptiekā 2019 – 2021 gadā”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir apkopot un analizēt informāciju par nomierinošo uztura bagātinātāju (NUB) iegādi ietekmējošiem faktoriem un to apriti Saulkrastu aptiekā periodā 01.01.2019.-31.12.2021. Rezultāti liecina, ka pandēmijas sākumā pieauga visu un skolniekiem atgriežoties attālinātās mācībās pieauga atsevišķu NUB aprite aptiekā. Saulkrastu aptiekā kā vieni no mazāk pieprasītajiem NUB ir šķidras formas NUB. Melatonīnu saturošo NUB pārdošanas apjomi pieauga 2020.gadā, bet 2021.gadā saruka. Celiac Disease (CD) is an immune-mediated disease triggered by the ingestion of wheat gliadin and related prolamins from other cereals, such as barley and rye. Immunity against these cereal-derived proteins is mediated by pro-inflammatory cytokines produced by both innate and adaptive system response in individuals unable to adequately digest them. Peptides generated in this condition are absorbed across the gut barrier, which in these patients is characterized by the deregulation of its permeability. Charcot–Marie tooth disease is a hereditary polyneuropathy caused by mutations in Mitofusin-2 (MFN2), a GTPase in the outer mitochondrial membrane involved in the regulation of mitochondrial fusion and bioenergetics. Autosomal-dominant inheritance of a R94Q mutation in MFN2 causes the axonal subtype 2A2A which is characterized by early onset and progressive atrophy of distal muscles caused by motoneuronal degeneration. Wprowadzenie: Przedstawiono przegląd literatury z zakresu stylów radzenia sobie ze stresem i motywacji do uczestnictwa w terapii w grupie kobiet i mężczyzn uzależnionych od alkoholu. Wywnioskowano, że dotychczasowe dane empirycznie pozwalają na zaobserwowanie zróżnicowania ze względu na płeć, ale nie umożliwiają stworzenia jednoznacznych modeli w zakresie motywacji i radzenia sobie ze stresem przez kobiety i mężczyzn. Incremental elastoplastic analysis for active macro-zones

In this paper a strategy to perform incremental elastoplastic analysis using the symmetric Galerkin boundary element method for multidomain type problems is shown. The discretization of the body is performed through substructures, distinguishing the bem-elements characterizing the so-called active macro-zones, where the plastic consistency condition may be violated, and the macro-elements having elastic behaviour only. Incremental analysis uses the well-known concept of self-equilibrium stress field here shown in a discrete form through the introduction of the influence matrix (self-stress matrix).
