Who can go back to work when the COVID-19 pandemic remits?

AbstractThis paper seeks to determine which workers affected by lockdown measures can return to work when a government decides to apply lockdown exit strategies. This system, which we call Sequential Selective Multidimensional Decision (SSMD), involves deciding sequentially, by geographical areas, sectors of activity, age groups and immunity, which workers can return to work at a given time according to the epidemiological criteria of the country as well as that of a group of reference countries, used as a benchmark, that have suffered a lower level of lockdown de-escalation strategies. Performance analysis and comparison of symmetrical and asymmetrical configurations of evanescent mode ridge waveguide filters

[1] In this paper, the trade-offs between out-of-band performance, filter length, power-handling capability, and insertion loss of both symmetrical and asymmetrical evanescent mode ridge rectangular waveguide filters are investigated. As a result, clear design methodologies for optimizing such performances are proposed. The developed methodologies are then applied to design several evanescent mode filters, and a complete performance analysis of the symmetrical and asymmetrical structures is performed. From the performance analysis results, the designer can choose the more appropriate filter topology and design strategy to satisfy the prescribed specifications.

The objective of this paper is to reconstruct the general framework of the Sicilian wine cooperatives that still account for nearly 80% of the regional wine grapes production. In this context we examine the productive, organizational and commercial strategies of a case study: Cantine Settesoli. The article starts from an analysis of Johannes Löwenklau's Apologia pro Zosimo adversus Evagrii, Nicephori Callisti et aliorum acerbas criminationes, Basel 1576 to show how the antithesis between Constantine and Julian is an amplified antithesis. Thinking of the two figures standardised as antithetical, Julian cannot be schematically contrasted with the new faith in the name of the Olympian faith, as he not only practises and proclaims tolerance, but is syncretist. Constantine himself can be described as a tolerant emperor, an attitude closely linked to a particularly elaborate 'pagan strategy' that can be found by simultaneously considering epigraphy, numismatics and Latin panegyrics.

International audience; This study uses the London Stock Exchange (LSE), forced to demutualize due to major changes in its business environment, notably due to increased competition and technological advances, as field experiment to study corporate governance restructuring to adapt to new market conditions. The LSE improved its financial situation after demutualization and is an example of successful corporate governance restructuring.
