Photographic exhibitions are organized today outside to attract those who do not attend museums and galleries. I studied the "non-public" (Ancel & Pessin, 2004) : the absents, those to whom they are intended, but that do not attend. What are the factors hindering the encounter with the works despite their urban exposure mode ? The article seeks to explore representations of culture that are forged by the respondents (migrants from popular classes) during outings organized by a social center. Tematem artykułu jest symbolika orła rozpatrywana na tle dawnej tradycji encyklopedycznej. Zestawienie erudycyjnych treści z zakresu historii naturalnej z fragmentami dzieł Mikołaja Reja i Marcina Bielskiego przynosi interesujące spostrzeżenia. Powszechnie wiadomo, że uniwersalny charakter symboliki orła jako emblematu władzy w kulturze staropolskiej zajmował wyjątkowe miejsce w heraldycznym zwierzyńcu. Using Attribute Grammars for Description of Inductive Inference Search Space

The problem of practically feasible inductive inference of functions or other objects that can be described by means of an attribute grammar is studied in this paper. In our approach based on attribute grammars various kinds of knowledge about the object to be found can be encoded, ranging from usual input/output examples to assumptions about unknown object's syntactic structure to some dynamic object's properties. We present theoretical results as well as describe the architecture of a practical inductive synthesis system based on theoretical findings.

This article describes the main results of an ethnographic study on citizen participation carried out in the context of the development of the Urban Initiative (2007-2015): Cuenca-Barrio de San Antón. Managed by the City Council of Cuenca and financed by the European Regional Development Funds (FEDER) under the Ministry of Economy and Finance at the Government of Spain The results of the research show how in the context of the application of neoliberal policies, citizen participation becomes the trigger for new conflicts between institutions and citizens.
