MgO Magnetic Tunnel Junction Electrical Current Sensor With Integrated Ru Thermal Sensor

Full Wheatstone bridge electrical current sensor incorporating 114 MgO-based magnetic tunnel junction elements (3 × 30 μm2) connected in series was produced for improved electrical robustness. To that end, magnetic tunnel junctions with R × A ~7 KΩ μm2 tunneling magnetoresistance of 200%, were produced. The sensor was designed with an integrated Ru thin film resistive thermal detector (RTD) for temperature drift monitoring and compensation. In order to achieve a full bridge signal, a U-shaped copper trace was placed under a printed circuit board (PCB) specifically designed for this type of device. Study of a Novel Electrochemical Method for Copper Recovery from Waste Printed Circuit Boards

This study was carried out to recover copper from printed circuit boards of waste computers through an electrochemical process. To simplify the overall recovery process, large pieces of printed circuit boards were used instead of pulverized samples. In particular, these large pieces were directly used as an anode for copper electrorefining. For this purpose, electronic components and solder mask were initially removed from the boards. The electronic components can be treated separately to recover precious metals using various methods. Il lavoro analizza in che misura la diversità di genere fa parte delle attuali pratiche delle aziende sanitarie. Attraverso un’analisi di tipo statistico-inferenziale su un campione di 39 strutture ospedaliere appartenenti al Gruppo San Donato, ha lo scopo di valutare se la presenza delle donne nel CdA influenza la performance aziendale. I risultati suggeriscono che la diversità nelle aziende sanitarie è un tema poco esplorato e non mancano opportunità e ostacoli al percorso di carriera delle donne. In the scientific journals, being part of the editorial boards, including the journals' members and chief editors, involves holding positions of power and responsibility that affect the running of a journal. Until now, these positions have usually been held by men in most scientific disciplines. In this study, the gender composition in the editorial board members (EBMs) and editor-in-chief (ECs) of the 45 Women's Studies journals classified in the Journal Citation Report (JCR) was analyzed.
