The following study sheds light on the importance of managing a forsaken element of cultural experience : the place. Because of the weakness of the works relating to this element in the cultural domain, we use the works in distribution. Several competing theories are considered to conceptualize the cultural place: the own characteristics of the place, the behaviors and the “responses to the place”. The last track having our preference, an exploratory study will come in support to define the differents dimensions that compose this “response to the place”. Pop music will constitute our field of application.

Artykuł ma na celu zaprezentowanie idei profilaktyki pozytywnej, odwołując się do roli rodziców w kulturze wychowawczo-profilaktycznej szkoły. W części pierwszej zaprezentowano znaczenie rodziny w zwiększaniu skuteczności szkolnych oddziaływań profilaktycznych. W dalszej części zaprezentowano związki między budowaniem współpracy rodzic-nauczyciel a koncepcją profilaktyki pozytywnej. Następnie wskazano potencjał rodziców, możliwy do wykorzystania w ramach działań profilaktycznych w szkole oraz wskazówki dla jego wykorzystania. Artykuł zakończony jest podsumowaniem.

Why do teachers believe some practices are better than others? Why do they criticize, or even reject, certain practices whose effectiveness has (sometimes) been demonstrated by research? The articles in this dossier aim to simultaneously interrogate the practices and beliefs of teachers in 10 school systems and contrasting sociocultural contexts. While the dossier initially highlights the variation in the meanings of these two terms, it primarily interrogates change in education and the dilemmas that this raises – between acceptance of institutional instructions and professional expertise resulting from practice.

Este artículo analiza la influencia que ejercen diversas instancias de prescripción en los hábitos de asistencia al teatro. El estudio se basa en una encuesta realizada específicamente para esta investigación en la que fueron entrevistadas 210 personas que asistían a una representación teatral en tres salas distintas de la ciudad de Valencia. El estudio ha revelado la importancia del boca a boca en la decisión de asistir al teatro y su mayor influencia entre el público menos asiduo a las representaciones teatrales.
