Since 2005, scope and content of the biomedical laboratory scientist education have been defined by national guidelines to ensure equal final competence for all candidates. From 2019, a new regulation on national guidelines was approved. Both new and old guidelines have regulated the learning outcomes and scope of practice in education. L’obiettivo della presente ricerca era quello di valutare la ricaduta che l’innovazione in aula, derivante dalla sperimentazione dei modelli didattici innovativi (Spaced Learning, Contenuti Didattici Digitali, Coding, Aule Laboratori disciplinari), ha avuto sui processi di apprendimento declinati in conoscenza, comprensione, contestualizzazione e valutazione. Gli strumenti di raccolta dati sono stati prove di verifica dell’apprendimento costruite dai docenti, facendo riferimento a una Griglia di indicatori di apprendimento e un questionario di valutazione della consapevolezza metacognitiva degli studenti – Awareness Learning Metacognitive ALM2014 (La Marca, 2014).

Il volume analizza la disciplina statale in materia di immigrazione evidenziandone le criticità sul piano costituzionale. Le categorie classiche della statualità orientano l'esercizio della discrezionalità legislativa a discapito dell'universalismo dei diritti umani. La giurisprudenza della Corte costituzionale, dei giudici di merito e delle Corti europee cerca di introdurre un bilanciamento tra le istanze confliggenti sul piano del diritto vivente.

We suggest that a new type of information system appears to be increasing in importance, that of consumer information systems. Compared with traditional information systems development approaches, where the focus is on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational processes, design for consumer information systems focuses more on the enjoyment, pleasure and purchases of the consumer. Si consideramos necesaria la integración de la tecnología en el aula, el rol del docente es fundamental. Los objetivos de esta investigación se centran en evaluar los conocimientos en base al modelo TPACK (Technological, Pedagogical and Content Knowledge) que perciben de sí mismos futuros docentes que están cursando un máster de capacitación para el ejercicio profesional. La metodología que se ha seguido es de carácter cuantitativo, descriptivo y correlacional. In this thesis, we analyze the contractual relationship between private equity investors and entrepreneurs/managers of small and medium sized firms. More specifically, we focus on the real contribution of these financial intermediaries to the Initial Public Offering (IPO) performance of financed firms.
