The institution of the Real Audiencia in the kingdom of Sardinia since the 1560s is part of a wider process which saw the rise and development of royal supreme courts of justice in several European countries of the early modern period. In fact, major State formation processes all around Europe required that monarchs increased their control on local authorities and that new increasingly centralised systems of judicial review gained precedence over all particular jurisdictions, feudal as well as municipal. This brought about a dramatic transformation in the field of criminal law enforcement and administration of justice.

Non-standard work schedules (NSWS) have become typical, but their associations with childcare arrangements and children's well-being are unknown. This study explores how risk factors are associated with the social–emotional well-being of girls and boys using flexibly scheduled early childhood education and care. Furthermore, the study investigates whether well-functioning cooperation between parents and educators buffers the negative effects of the risk factors. Spondyloarthritis are chronic inflammatory diseases affecting spine, peripheral joints and enthesis, as well as extra-articular sites (bowel, eyes, skin). Diagnosis of spondyloarthritis often is slow and requires a multidisciplinary approach. The “Early SpA Clinic” project aimed at improving the patient care and journeys, by solving some organizational issues existing in Rheumatology Clinics. The “Early SpA Clinic” involved 19 Italian Rheumatology Centers using in-depth organizational analyses to identify areas for improvement. The Electronic Historical Latvian Dictionary Based on the Corpus of Early Written Latvian Texts This article deals with the development of the Electronic Historical Latvian Dictionary (http://www.tezaurs.lv/lvvv) based on the Corpus of Early Written Latvian Texts (http://www.korpuss.lv/senie/). Some issues concerning the compilation and processing of the corpus data are discussed and the main sources added to the Corpus during the four-year project are described: the 16th c. The following paper focus on the growing interest in structuring the learning environment in order to promote the psycho-social-attitudinal development of the infant. The montessorian approach enhances a child-friendly environment. It facilitates active participation in the child’s daily life, thus contributing towards a higher level of independence, self-awareness, self-esteem and self-evaluation. The survey conducted in June 2019 shows that in Sicily less people are adopting montessorian approach nowadays into the early childhood structures.
