This paper analyses the interventions implemented in Italy in the field of immigration during the covid-19 emergency. The way in which they affect constitutive principles and fundamental rights, by opposing them to collective purposes is considered. The legal notion of “place of safety” is deepened to highlight the problematic nature of the Interministerial Decree 7 April 2020, n. 150 in terms of respect of fundamental rights and international law. Several studies demonstrated that subjective well-being is associated with goal value and perceived progress but their validity is affected by methodological biases. Moreover, a few have analysed the influence of short-term goals. We aimed to analyse how the levels of and changes in short-term goals progress and value influence subsequent levels of and changes in subjective well-being. Cross-lagged relations between math-related interest, performance goals and skills in groups of children with different general abilities

Abstract This study examined the longitudinal relations among math-related interest, performance goals, and math skills in different ability groups. The participants were 790 Estonian children who were assessed at Grade 2 and Grade 3. The results of SEM analysis showed that previous math skills predicted positively math interest and negatively performance-avoidance goals at Grade 3. Also, Grade 2 performance-avoidance goals were negatively related to subsequent interest towards math. Changes in achievement values from primary to lower secondary school among students with and without externalizing problems

This study examined the effect of students' externalizing problems on changes in values that they attach to math across the transition from primary to lower secondary school. Data pertaining to externalizing problems and to intrinsic, attainment, and utility values in math were gathered using the self-ratings of students in Grades 6 and 7. The analysis involved a comparison between students who reported persistent high externalizing problems before and after the transition (n = 63; 59% boys) and those who had low or non-existent externalizing problems before and after the transition (n = 1352; 50% boys). The key prerequisite for experience-driven design is to define what experience to design for. User experience (UX) goals concretise the intended experience. Based on our own case studies from industrial environments and a literature study, we propose five different approaches to acquiring insight and inspiration for UX goal setting: Brand, Theory, Empathy, Technology, and Vision. Bakalaura darba pētījuma mērķis ir izprast dzīves mērķu pašefektivitātes saistību ar subjektīvās labklājības rādītājiem sievietēm. Pētot konstruktu teorētisko bāzi tika izvirzīts, ka iekšējā satura dzīves mērķiem ir saistība ar subjektīvo labklājību, un balstoties uz personīgo vērtību izvirzītajiem dzīves mērķiem un indivīda pašefektivitātes līmeni, izvirzīto mērķu sasniegšana ietekmē subjektīvās labklājības līmeni.
