En aquest article presentem una anàlisi de les sis adaptacions que del Llibre de les Bèsties (1287- 1289) es van publicar per al públic infantil i juvenil amb motiu de l’Any Llull (2015-2016). Després de presentar la figura de Ramon Llull com a escriptor de referència en l’època medieval i de situar Llibre de les Bèsties dins de la producció literària de Llull, analitzem els paratextos extratextuals i textuals de les sis adaptacions aquí estudiades. Abstract Objective To compare clinical features and treatments of patients with systemic JIA (sIJA) and adult-onset Still’s disease (AOSD). Methods The clinical charts of consecutive patients with sJIA by International League of Association of Rheumatology criteria or AOSD by Yamaguchi criteria were reviewed. Background and Objectives.—Longitudinal studies of juvenile migraine are very few. We investigated the prevalence and evolution over 5 years of migraine without aura (MWOA) and migraineous disorder (MD) in an adolescent population. Methods.—Sixty-four subjects (34 girls and 30 boys, mean age 17.3±1.1 years) out of 80 selected in our 1989 epidemiological survey were included in the study. The diagnostic criteria of the International Headache Society were used in both studies. Results.—Thirty-two of 64 subjects (50%) had MWAO, 18 (28.1%) had MD, and 14 (21.9%) had headache not classifiable (HnC). With the advent of a minimally invasive laparoscopy technique, the advantages of diagnostic laparoscopy are being rediscovered. We report here on four patients with systemic disease of unknown origin and splenomegaly, in whom minilaparoscopy-guided splenic biopsy yielded a definitive diagnosis. Four patients with unclear systemic disease were studied using diagnostic minilaparoscopy and guided spleen biopsy, after failure of diagnostic work-up. Minilaparoscopic spleen biopsy revealed the diagnosis of a B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in two cases. Objective: Qualitative capillaroscopy patterns in juvenile- and adult-onset systemic sclerosis (SSc) were studied in adulthood using data from the EULAR Scleroderma Trials and Research (EUSTAR) database. Methods: Data collected between June 2004 and April 2013 were examined with focus on capillaroscopy. In this retrospective exploratory study, series of patients with juvenile-onset SSc were matched with series of adult-onset SSc having the same gender and autoantibody profile. Results: 30 of 123 patients with juvenile-onset and 2108 of 7133 with adult-onset SSc had data on capillaroscopy. Introduction: Systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis (sJIA) accounts for 10-20% of all patients with JIA.
