In the presented paper, the author very deeply and thoroughly explains the issue of the currently amended consumer bankruptcy law in Poland. The paper consists of four key parts. In the first part of the paper, the author clarifies the Polish legislation concerning the consumer bankruptcy; in the second part of his paper he analyses the modes of a debt relief for an insolvent natural person through the consumer bankruptcy and consumer arrangement; the third part of the paper deals with the question of the legal character of a consumer debt relief and, finally, in the last part of his paper, the author focuses on the issues of a payment morality of the debtor and its legal importance. The following paper analyzes the problem of social cooperation in the provision of a public good from an evolutionary perspective. To this end we depart from behavioral programs as the basic building block for modeling individuals in the social interaction, which is based on a generalized prisoners dilemma. In it, a population of individuals follow a conditional cooperative program, which some authors refer as to morality, and that we will show that is equivalent to the application of the principle of reciprocity. In his latest book Massimo La Torre makes a number of criticisms to legal positivism. Most of them are convincing. In this essay I try to reply to the few I disagree with. In particular, I deal with La Torre’s objections against Hart’s theories on legal interpretation and the internal point of view and against Raz’s theory of legitimate authority. In the last paragraph I outline some ideological reasons for not considering legal positivism entirely dead.

Abstract Drawing on the conversation analytic and sociocultural perspectives, this study investigates children's situated moral negotiations in classroom peer interaction in the absence of a teacher. The conversation analytic methodology is used to operationalise some of the key elements of the sociocultural perspective on moral development. In this way, this study enables readers to observe and study the semiotic, conversational and interactional mediations of moral functioning in real life, with the example of children's moral practices. Normativity, moral realism, and unmasking explanations

Moral Projectivism must be able to specify under what conditions a certain inner response counts as a moral response. I argue, however, that moral projectivists cannot coherently do so because they must assume that there are moral properties in the world in order to fix the content of our moral judgements. To show this, I develop a number of arguments against moral dispositionalism, which is, nowadays, the most prom- ising version of moral projectivism. In this context, I call into question both David Lewis' dispositionalist account of colour and Chistine Korsgaard's procedural realism.
O powinnościach żołnierskich w warunkach niewoli niemieckiej podczas II wojny światowej

W czasie II wojny światowej w niemieckiej niewoli przetrzymywanych było około 20 tys. polskich oficerów. Więzieni byli w pierwszych latach niewoli w kilkunastu, a od końca 1942 r. czterech oflagach: II C Woldenberg (Dobiegniew), VIIA Murnau, II D Gross Born (Borne Sulinowo), VI B Dóssel. Oficerowie zawodowi stanowili około 35% jeńców oflagów. W specyficznych warunkach, w jakich się znaleźli, wyłączeni czasowo z walki, dalej pozostawali żołnierzami. The role of personal and professional skills of teacher in professional activity

In the article the personal qualities of the teacher, characterizing the professional pedagogical orientation of the teacher, are considered. It explores how, in the activity of the teacher, ideological conviction determines his social and moral orientation, which is expressed in social needs, moral and value orientations, a sense of public duty and civil responsibility. It is noted that the development of cognitive, emotional-strong-willed, moral, communicative qualities will contribute to the successful performance of professional activities, the effective solution of professional tasks, personal improvement.

Resumen: El presente trabajo pretende indagar y analizar las fuentes de significado de las diferentes referencias morales contenidas en las constituciones. El trabajo, así, envolverá varias posibles interpretaciones o “lecturas” acerca de tales fuentes de significado. Por ejemplo, se analizará una lectura intencional, una lectura literal, una lectura moral, una lectura pragmática. Todas ellas consecuentes con los tipos de interpretación más usuales en la literatura iusfilosófica actual.
