The article addresses the so-called principle of speciality referred to in Article 607e of the Criminal Procedures Code in connection with Article 27 of the Council Framework Decision of 13 June 2002 no. 2002/584/JHA on the European arrest warrant and the surrender procedures between Member States, and the exception to that rule specified in Article 607e § 3, item 2 CPC and Article 27(3)(a) of the EAW Decision. INTRODUCTION: Variation of respiratory care is described between centers around the world. The Italian Neonatal Network (INN), as a national group of the Vermont-Oxford Network (VON) allows to perform a wide analysis of respiratory care in very low birth weight infants. METHODS: We analyzed the dataset of infants enrolled in the INN in 2009 and 2010 and, for surfactant administration only, from 2006 to 2010 from 83 participating centers. With a courageous judgment, the Constitutional Court extends the application scope of art. 25, par. 2, Cost. in the criminal enforcement sector. Censoring the living law, the Court states the prohibition of the retroactivity of the measures more afflictive introduced by law no. 3 of 2019 to convicts who committed the fact before its entry into force. The Author, after dwelling on the new paradigm of "European legality", retraces the salient passages of the decision, from which it draws the innovative message of the Judge of the laws.

Ferdinand Wilhelm Bronners "Schmelz, der Nibelunge" comedy (1905) reflects anti-Semitism and anti-Slavism in Vienna around 1900. The main character suffers painfully from the inner conflict between her German-national identification and her Jewish descent. The author of the comedy converted to Protestntism and denied all his life his Jewish heritage. The aim is to clarify whether the Galician Jew and writer Ferdinand Bronner offers on stage a solution to the Jewish question that transcends racial anti-Semitism and Zionism beyond the seemingly opposite tendencies in time.

. The topic of this article is the relation between ‘politicality’ and theology in the discourse of Finnish religious nationalism during the Winter War of 1939–40 and the Continuation War of 1941–44. I shall draw on the ideas of Kari Palonen and Anthony D. Smith in attempting to thematise theological depoliticisation as an intrinsic element of religious nationalism.
