Zaspokojenie podstawowych potrzeb psychologicznych jako mediator między podstawowym samowartościowaniem a zadowoleniem zawodowym

The article presents the verifi cation of a mediation between core self-evaluations (Judge, Locke, Durham, 1997) and work satisfaction, by the means of satisfaction of basic psychological needs at work (Deci et al., 2001). On a two multi-source cross-sectional samples (n1=977, n2=573), using path analysis, it was shown that both the structure of psychological needs at work is of three-factor character and that the postulated mediation relation can be confirmed. The results can be interpreted as a suggestion to look at the role of mediators between the dispositional variables such as core self-evaluations and job satisfaction.

Erityistä tukea tarvitsevien lasten ja nuorten fyysinen aktiivisuus on vähäisempää kuin vammattomilla lapsilla ja nuorilla. Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää Valtti-ohjelman vaikutuksia 6–23-vuotiaiden erityislasten ja -nuorten fyysiseen aktiivisuuteen ja liikunnan harrastamiseen. Kaikkiaan 367 erityislasta ja -nuorta ympäri Suomea hakivat mukaan Valtti-ohjelmaan ja heistä 155 (68 % poikia, ikä ka 12.2 vuotta) osallistuivat tähän tutkimukseen. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie rekomendacji dotyczących zwiększenia stopnia dopasowania oferty kształcenia zawodowego do potrzeb rynku pracy w kontekście sytuacji szkolnictwa zawodowego w Opolu. Tekst oparty jest na wynikach badania przeprowadzonego przy użyciu papierowych formularzy (PAPS). W badaniu wzięło udział 10 z 13 placówek prowadzonych przez gminę Opole, w których odbywa się edukacja zawodowa młodzieży, w tym wszystkie technika oraz 3 zasadnicze szkoły zawodowe pierwszego stopnia. W artykule została podjęta próba oceny zawodowego przygotowania kandydatów do pracy z dzieckiem o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych na etapie edukacji wczesnoszkolnej w ramach studiów licencjackich. Wnioski sformułowano na podstawie analizy wyników sondażu diagnostycznego, przeprowadzonego wśród 224 absolwentów studiów pierwszego stopnia.
