Radikalizācijas ekonomiskās sekas

Finanšu un ekonomiskā krīze, pēdējā laikā notikusī nekontrolētā migrācija un teroristu uzbrūkumi izraisa politisko radikalizāciju dažās valstīs. Šajā pētījumā tiek aplūkoti augošā populisma un radikalizācijas ekonomiskie iemesli un sekas, kā arī ārējie un iekšējie ierobežojumi, vērsti uz negatīvo ekonomisko seku mazināšanu. Lai ilustrētu un pamatotu konstatējumus, tiks analizēti trīs gadījumi: nesenās politiskās radikalizācijas iemesli un sekas Grieķijā, Itālijā un ASV. Īpaša uzmanība tiek pievērsta ekspansīvajai fiskālajai politikai un protekcionisma politikai. Opracowanie stanowi próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie, czy ochrona osób niezamożnych na rynku usług finansowych powinna być realizowana odrębnie w stosunku do powszechnie obowiązujących zasad oraz jakie elementy powinna obejmować ta ochrona? Ponadto – jakie podmioty powinny jej udzielać – czy te, które już istnieją na rynku, czy inne, nowe? Problem ochrony osób niezamożnych wynika stąd, że w dużej mierze osoby te są wykluczone z rynku podstawowego (mainstream market), objętego ochroną prawną. Część osób korzysta z oferty rynku alternatywne-go, czy wręcz nieformalnego. Wydaje się więc, że dodatkowa ochrona osób niezamożnych powinna być ukierunkowana na te właśnie obszary rynku usług finansowych.

Fish populations are linked to each other via dispersal of individuals as eggs, larvae, juveniles or adults. The understanding of this process, known as connectivity, has a pivotal role for the management of overexploited fish stocks and the development of accurate conservation strategies. Knowledge on connectivity and fish movements is considered fundamental toward the correct design of marine protected area (MPA) networks for the achievement of the benefits of protection.
