Association between passive tobacco exposure and caries in children and adolescents. A systematic review and meta-analysis.

To examine the available evidence on the association between exposure to tobacco use in the womb and in infancy and the presence of caries in primary and permanent dentition in children and adolescents. A systematic review was conducted through searches in 4 data bases (Pubmed, Scopus, Embase and Web of Science), complemented by hand-searching. Of the 559 articles identified, 400 were duplicates. Finally, 28 articles were included in the qualitative review and 21 in the meta-analysis. Their quality was assessed using the Newcastle-Ottawa scale. This paper suggests that Clark's views regarding the Keynesian Revolution illuminate some of the limitations of the Keynesian orthodoxy that developed after the war, bringing more institutional detail and a greater preoccupation with dynamic analysis. Clark developed the multiplier in dynamic terms and coupled it with the accelerator to provide the framework for business cycle theory. His analysis was not formalized and emphasized time lags and non-linearities, similar to Harrod. Bandwidth allocation and pricing in multimode network

This paper presents adaptive resource sharing model that uses a revenue criterion to allocate network resources in an optimal way. The model ensures QoS requirements of data flows and, at the same time, maximizes the total revenue by adjusting parameters of the underlying scheduler. Besides, the adaptive model eliminates the need to find the optimal static weight values because they are calculated dynamically. The simulation consists of several cases that analyse the model and the way it provides the required QoS guarantees. The simulation reveals that the installation of the adaptive model increases the total revenue and ensures the QoS requirements for all service classes.

This article analyzes the reception of the classical world in the Spanish nobiliary culture at the end of the 18th century. Our objective is materialized through the study of the Greco-Roman books present in the unpublished catalog of the library of José Álvarez de Toledo, 11th Marqués de villafranca. From the examination of the authors and the different editions conserved by the aristocrat, the work tries to examine the influence of the classical world and its actuality in the development of the most advanced nobiliary culture of eighteenth- century Spain.
