Learning styles module as a part of a virtual campus

For several years now, learning style mapping has been carried out for our students of the master's degree education in information technology. To better utilize learning styles in practice, a learning style module was integrated into the multimedia platform used in the education. Lai lasītu digitālajā vidē ir jāattīsta īpašas digitālās lasītprasmes, piemēram, navigācijas prasmes un pašregulācija. Lasīšanas stratēģijas palīdz pielietot un attīstīt digitālās lasīšanas prasmes. Diplomdarba mērķis bija noteikt, kā lasīšanas stratēģiju īstenošana attīsta digitālās lasītprasmes angļu valodas stundās 7. klasē. Izvēlētā pētījuma metode bija gadījuma izpēte. Datu vākšanas metodes bija skolēnu aptauja, intervijas ar diviem skolotājiem, lasīšanas nodarbību novērojumi, skolēnu grafikas organizatori un mājas uzdevumi. This paper presents the interdisciplinary H2020 SILKNOW project coordinated by the Universitat de València with researchers from the ICT and SSH fields. SILKNOW is a three-year project funded by the EU's Horizon 2020 Programme under the two-stage call SC6-CULT-COOP-09 'European cultural heritage, access and analysis for a richer interpretation of the past'. This descriptive study sought to understand the complexities of integrative processing during collaborative online reading. Student pairs constructed a collaborative understanding while reading online information about a controversial issue by connecting, combining and organizing information that originated from prior knowledge, self-selected online texts, and discussions during an online inquiry task. Time interaction with two spatial dimensions: from left/right to near/far

In this study, we explored the time and space relationship according to two different spatial codings, namely, the left/right extension and the reachability of stimulus along a near/far dimension. Four experiments were carried out in which healthy participants performed the time and spatial bisection tasks in near/far space, before and after short or long tool-use training. Stimuli were prebisected horizontal lines of different temporal durations in which the midpoint was manipulated according to the Muller-Lyer illusion.
