Tuberkuloze ir pasaulē izplatīta infekcijas slimība, kuras izraisītājas ir M. tuberculosis kompleksā ietilpstošās mikobaktērijas. Darbs tika veikts, lai noteiktu un raksturotu Latgales reģionā cirkulējošo M. tuberculosis genotipus. Darbā ir izmantotas molekulāras genotipēšanas metodes: starpfragmentu oligonukleotīdu genotipēšanas metode, kas ir balstīta uz polimerāzes ķēdes reakciju un tiešā atkārtojuma (DR) reģiona amplificēšanu; restrikcijas fragmentu garuma polimorfisma analīzes metode, kur M. tuberculosis genotips tiek noteikts pēc insercijas sekvenču IS6110 kopiju skaita un izvietojuma atšķirībām hromosomā. En el ambito de la gestion deportiva, la calidad de losservicios deportivos y la satisfaccion de los usuarios es un area de gran desarrollo. Este trabajo pretende determinar el grado de calidad percibida en unos servicios deportivos de caracter publico como son unas escuelas de actividades nauticas. Para ello se analizaron 2375 usuarios de estas escuelas que contestaron un cuestionario sobre calidad de servicio percibida y satisfaccion con el servicio recibido. Effects of Rule Changes on Game-Related Statistics in Men's Water Polo Matches

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of rule changes on game-related statistics in men's water polo matches. A total of 856 men's matches played in all Olympic Games and World Championship since 1936 was analysed. The game-related statistics considered were: total goals, winners' goals, losers' goals, goals per minute, goals difference, relationship difference goals and total goals, and relationship difference goals and winners' goals. The rule changes were grouped by structural (game and period) and functional changes (possession time, exclusion time, timing, minimum distance to take a direct shot). Darbs pamatots ar teoriju par smadzeņu darbību, izmantojot analītisko uztveres un informācijas apstrādes mehānismu. Smadzeņu darbības principi ietverti strukturētās valodas apguves metodē – spēles izmantošanā 7-11 gadus veciem bērniem ar mērķi attīstīt saziņu, lietot ikdienā. Romania is one of the main countries of origin for intra-European migration. The national authorities recently implemented the first major program —Diaspora Start-up—to support the business initiatives of Romanian citizens who live abroad and who are interested in opening a business in their home country. This scheme was developed in parallel with a broader program—Romania Start-up Plus—which was designed to support the entrepreneurial initiatives of individuals residing inside the country. I denne studien undersøker vi hvilke minner som kommer til syne når unge voksne møter barndommens nærnatur igjen, og hvordan kan vi forstå disse minnene. Arbeidet tar utgangspunkt i en kulturell fenomenologisk forståelse. Åtte unge voksne har gått tilbake til sine barndomssteder i skolens nærnatur sammen med en av forskerne. De har gått, klatret og snakket om friluftsliv, lek og lekesteder ute i barndommen. Metoden åpner for å studere komplekse, kroppsliggjorte og stedsspesifikke minner og erfaringer knyttet til konkrete steder, aktiviteter og sosiale relasjoner. Efficient regio- and stereoselective access to novel fluorinated ?-aminocyclohexanecarboxylates

A regio- and stereoselective method has been developed for the synthesis of novel fluorinated 2-aminocyclohexanecarboxylic acid derivatives with the fluorine attached to position 4 of the ring. The synthesis starts from either cis- or trans-β-aminocyclohex-4-enecarboxylic acids and involves regio- and stereoselective transformation of the ring C–C double bond through iodooxazine formation and hydroxylation, followed by hydroxy–fluorine or oxo–fluorine exchange.
