Indricas apbūve 15.-18.gadsimtā: pāreja no nocietinātas muižas uz mūra rezidenci

Maģistra darba mērķis ir raksturot pārejas procesus Indricā no 15.–16.gs. vasaļa nocietinātās muižas uz 16.–18.gs. Plāteru dzimtai piederošu mūra rezidenci. Pētījuma ietvaros tiek analizēti divi hronoloģiski atšķirīgi nocietinātās muižas un rezidences būvperiodi Dorotpoles ezera R krastā. Tēma ir aktuāla, jo izvērsta Indricas būvkompleksa izpēte sniegs salīdzinošo materiālu par pārejas posma analoģijām un savstarpējām līdzībām daudz plašākā reģionā. Pēdējo gadu laikā ir veikti plaši pētījumi Ziemeļeiropas muižu būvvēstures izpētē. Nanowire ordered Arrays for electrochemical sensing of H2O2

In this work, we present the performance of nanostructured array of Cu for electrochemical sensors of hydrogen peroxide. Nanostructured sensors are obtained by template synthesis in commercial polycarbonate membranes. Arrays of Cu nanowires were fabricated through a displacement deposition reaction that permits to obtain nanostructures directly and without the use of an external power supply. To test the performance of nanostructured sensors, electrochemical experiments were carried out in an aqueous solution with different amounts of hydrogen peroxide. Explanations of success and failure in management learning : What can we learn from Nokia's rise and fall

International audience; In this paper, we study the changing explanations of success and failure over the course of a firm's history. We build on a discursive approach that highlights the role of narrative attributions in making sense of corporate performance. Specifically, we analyze how the Nokia Corporation was framed first as a success and later as a failure and how these dimensions of performance were explained in various actors' narrative accounts. Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal (Indian ginseng, winter cherry, Solanaceae) is widely used in traditional medicine. Roots are either chewed or used to prepare beverages (aqueous decocts). The major secondary metabolites of Withania somnifera are the withanolides, which are C-28-steroidal lactone triterpenoids. Withania somnifera extracts exert chemopreventive and anticancer activities in vitro and in vivo. Both low-level physical saliency and social information, as presented by human heads or bodies, are known to drive gaze behavior in free-viewing tasks. Researchers have previously made use of a great variety of face stimuli, ranging from photographs of real humans to schematic faces, frequently without systematically differentiating between the two.
