Il saggio analizza i principali profili problematici sottesi alla disciplina della contrattazione di prossimità. Segnatamente, vengono esaminati i rapporti tra l'art. 8 della l. n. 148/2011 e le regole sulla rappresentanza e sui rapporti tra livelli di contrattazione previste dall'ordinamento intersindacale. Tässä tutkimuksessa tarkasteltiin yksilön elämänarvojen yhteyttä työn ja perheen välisen ristiriidan ja rikastavuuden kokemuksiin. Analyysit perustuivat 50-vuotiaisiin Lapsesta aikuiseksi - pitkittäistutkimuksen osanottajiin (n = 156, 53 % miehiä). Schwartzin (1992) menetelmällä tarkastellut elämänarvot olivat hyväntahtoisuus, universalismi, turvallisuus, yhdenmukaisuus, hedonismi, itseohjautuvuus, suoriutuminen, stimulaatio, traditiot ja valta. Type 1 diabetes (T1D) and autoimmune thyroid disease (AITD) are the most frequent chronic autoimmune diseases worldwide. Several autoimmune endocrine and non-endocrine disorders tend to occur together. T1D and AITD often cluster in individuals and families, seen in the formation of autoimmune polyendocrinopathy (AP). The close relationship between these two diseases is largely explained by sharing a common genetic background. Darbā aplūkota gan Latvijas Republikas, gan Eiropas Savienības Tiesas prakse pēc Eiropas Parlamenta un Padomes Direktīvas Nr.2004/48/EK ieviešanas sakarā ar preču zīmju un autortiesību īpašnieku tiesību pārkāpumiem. Autore darbā izdarījusi vairākus priekšlikumus par nepieciešamajām izmaiņām normatīvajos aktos, lai intelektuālā īpašuma pārkāpuma gadījumos tiesību īpašniekiem būtu pieejama iespēja saņemt atlīdzību par nodarīto kaitējumu.

Nowadays, innovative materials are more frequently adopted for strengthening historical constructions and masonry structures. The target of these techniques is to improve the structural efficiency with retrofitting methods while having a reduced aesthetical impact. Kritiske ytringer om pave Frans framsettes som regel på konservativt og tradisjonalistisk katolsk hold. Denne artikkelen sikter på å presentere en progressivt fundert kritikk av det nåværende pontifikatet. Frans krediteres for gode intensjoner, pastoralt lederskap og motstand mot klerikalistiske holdninger. Men da han ikke har maktet – og kanskje heller ikke tilstrekkelig klart ønsket – å endre kirkens utdaterte hierarkiske struktur, er han ingen løsning på de store utfordringene Den katolske kirke lenge har stått overfor. On the fermentative behavior of auxotrophic strains of Saccharomyces cerevisiae

Background: The selection of new yeast strains could lead to improvements in bioethanol production. Here, we have studied the fermentative capacity of different auxotrophic mutants of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, which are routinely used as hosts for the production of heterologous proteins. Plazmas miRNS kā multiplās sklerozes biomarķieri

Vairākos pētījumos ir atklātas miRNS, tajā skaitā cirkulējošas miRNS, kuru daudzums ir izmainīts multiplā sklerozē. miRNS kā jaunu biomarķieru izpēte šai slimībai varētu palīdzēt diagnosticēt un prognozēt tās attīstību agrīnā stadijā. Šajā pētījumā ir prezentēti mūsu dati par dažām miRNS, kas tikadetektētas MS pacientu asins plazmā, kā izmainītas. Mēs salīdzinājām miRNS ekspresijas līmeņus MS un tās apakštipos ar veselo kontroli, lai atrastu potenciālās miRNS, kas var tikt izmantotas, kā MS biomarķieri. Currently, undiagnosed insulinomas remain a difficult clinical dilemma because its symptoms in most cases can easily be misdiagnosed as other diseases. In this article, we present the case of a 14-year-old girl who presented to our hospital with recurrent episodes of excessive daytime sleepiness and abnormal behavior during sleep that had been going on for 3 months.
