Työkulttuurien jännitteitä koulutusyhteisöissä

Tarkastelemme artikkelissa jännitteitä koulutusyhteisöjen työkulttuureissa. Lähestymme aihetta opettajankoulutuksen kehittämiseen orientoituneesta koulutusmallista valmistuneiden opettajien kokemusten avulla. Tutkimuksen empiirisenä aineistona on 13 puolistrukturoitua yksilöhaastattelua, jotka kerättiin koulutusmalliin osallistuneilta opettajilta. Teoriasidonnaisessa sisällönanalyysissa keskityttiin yhteisön työkulttuuriin etsien myös sen vaikeammin havaittavia elementtejä, Scheinin (2017) sanoin perusolettamuksia.

Este estudio analizo las propiedades psicometricas de la Escala de Percepcion de Promocion del Bienestar para Entrenadores (EPPBE), compuesta por 6 dimensiones: Autocontrol, castigo, apoyo social, apoyo a la autonomia, apoyo a la competencia y apoyo a la afiliacion. Se administro la escala a 506 entrenadores y se realizo un analisis factorial confirmatorio. La validez nomologica se analizo a traves de las relaciones de las variables con la satisfaccion de necesidades basicas y la motivacion autodeterminada. Los primeros indicios sobre cultivo de la vid en la comarca de Requena-Utiel son unas semillas carbonizadas de la ciudad ibérica de Kelin (Caudete de las Fuentes, València) del siglo VII a.C. No obstante, la expansión de su cultivo corresponde a los siglos V-III a.C. como se infiere del gran número de semillas carbonizadas, lagares de piedra, bodegas y ánforas, algunas con marcas pre y postcocción. En la actualidad, conocemos ocho lagares de piedra entre las ramblas de La Alcantarilla y Los Morenos, asociados a materiales ibéricos.
