¿Cómo afecta la innovación en la satisfacción y la lealtad hacia el establecimiento minorista?

Resumen En el presente estudio, se examinó el concepto de innovación en el sector minorista y se definieron sus relaciones con otras variables, como la satisfacción y la lealtad, tradicionalmente vinculadas con el establecimiento minorista. Para lograr los objetivos planteados, se delimitó un modelo teórico sustentado en la literatura, que se contrastó mediante un estudio empírico utilizando un cuestionario estructurado ad hoc aplicado a una muestra de 510 clientes de establecimientos de alimentación. Molecular dynamics simulations of nanometric metallic multilayers: Reactivity of the Ni-Al system

The reactivity of a layered Ni-Al-Ni system is studied by means of molecular dynamics simulations, using an embedded-atom method type potential. The system, made of an fcc-Al layer embedded in fcc-Ni, is initially thermalized at the fixed temperature of 600 K. The early interdiffusion of Ni and Al at interfaces is followed by the massive diffusion of Ni in the Al layer and by the spontaneous phase formation of $B2$-NiAl. The solid-state reaction is associated with a rapid system heating, which further enhances the diffusion processes. For longer times, the system may partly lose some its $B2$-NiAl microstructure in favor of the formation of $L{1}_{2}$-${\mathrm{Ni}}_{3}\mathrm{Al}$. This st…

Optimization of the Hydrolysis of Safflower Oil for the Production of Linoleic Acid, Used as Flavor Precursor

Commercial lipases, from porcine pancreas (PPL),Candida rugosa(CRL), andThermomyces lanuginosus(Lipozyme TL IM), were investigated in terms of their efficiency for the hydrolysis of safflower oil (SO) for the liberation of free linoleic acid (LA), used as a flavor precursor. Although PPL, under the optimized conditions, showed a high degree of hydrolysis (91.6%), its low tolerance towards higher substrate concentrations could limit its use for SO hydrolysis. Effect of Different Modified Atmosphere Packaging on the Quality of Mulberry Fruit (Morus alba L. cv Kokuso 21)

The control of temperature and gas composition is essential to maintain the fresh flavor and quality of perishable fruits like mulberry. This study presented a modified atmosphere experiment (MAP) for fresh fruit showing the potential benefits of innovative gas mixing with argon. The effects of MAP were studied on the physicochemical and qualitative attributes of mulberry preserved at4±1°C and90±5%R.H. Initially, it was classified in the superfamily Sesioidea, and then it was grouped in a large assemblage including the Cossoidea, Sesioidea, and Zygaenoidea.
