Análisis sectorial de la exposición al riesgo de interés de las empresas españolas

Este trabajo analiza la exposición al riesgo de interés de las empresas españolas a nivel sectorial durante el período 1993-2001 utilizando una técnica de regresión móvil que permite identificar posibles variaciones en el tiempo en la sensibilidad de los sectores bursátiles ante los cambios de los tipos de interés. Los resultados obtenidos muestran un significativo grado de exposición para los sectores bancario, eléctrico y de construcción. Asimismo, su sensibilidad ante los tipos de interés no se mantiene estable en el tiempo, cobrando una especial intensidad en el escenario de tipos de interés históricamente bajos vigente desde finales de los años noventa. rferrer@uv.es; ecglez@uv.es

Streptomyces coelicolor is a model organism for studying streptomycetes. This genus possesses relevant medical and economical roles, because it produces many biologically active metabolites of pharmaceutical interest, including the majority of commercialized antibiotics. Tutkimuksessa tarkastellaan akateemisen kentän muotoutumista ja varhaiskasvatuksen sisällöllistä määrittymistä. The Finnish Government recently launched policies to meet labor shortage challenges, recruit highly skilled international workers. However, they overlook a skilled population already living in Finland, namely highly educated migrants. The problem is that migrants tend to be treated similarly, whether they are well-educated or not. This means that migrants are typically directed into low paying jobs. How is it possible to better develop this group with more effective career guidance? We believe an important answer lies in improved university education for migrants. The aim of this study is to investigate differences in the amount (the occurrence rate) of second language (L2) traits at different proficiency levels in spoken L2 Finland-Swedish. In the analysis, we focus on L2 features in segments, segment lengths, word stress and sentence stress. Further, we analyze the ability to produce speech and the complexity of production at different proficiency levels: the amount of speech, token length, token structure and speech rate. A Psychoacoustic Model of Harmonic Cadences - A Preliminary Report

This report presents a psychoacoustically derived computational model of the perceived distance between any two major or minor triads, the degree of activity created by any given pair of triads, and the cadential effectiveness of three-triad progressions. It also provides statistical analyses of the ratings given by thirty-five participants for the ?similarity? and ?fit? of triads in a pair, and the ?cadential effectiveness? of three-triad progressions. Multiple regressions show that the model provides highly significant predictions of the experimentally obtained ratings.
