Clickable poly-L-lysine for the formation of biorecognition surfaces

Biomolecules are immobilized onto surfaces employing the fast and stable adsorption of poly-l-lysine (PLL) polymers and the versatile copper-free click chemistry reactions. This method provides the combined advantages of versatile surface adsorption with density control using polyelectrolytes and of the covalent and orthogonal immobilization of biomolecules with higher reaction rates and improved yields of click chemistry. Using DNA attachment as a proof of concept, control over the DNA probe density and applicability in electrochemical detection are presented.

Maģistra darba temats ir “Trīsdesmitgadnieku daiļliteratūras lasīšanas paradumi un apstākļi”. Ir svarīgi apzināties, ka trīsdesmitgadnieki veido nozīmīgu ekonomiski aktīvās sabiedrības daļu. Viņu ikdiena ir aizņemta un stresa piepildīta. Daiļliteratūras lasīšanai ir nepieciešams brīvs laiks un koncetrēšanās, taču tas var palīdzēt cilvēkam atpūsties no ikdienas rutīnas un attīstīt savu personību. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot, kādi ir trīsdesmitgadnieku daiļliteratūras lasīšanas paradumi un apstākļi. Datu ieguvei tika izmantotas 2 pētniecības metodes – anketēšana un Photovoice metode. La pérdida de la función de la Disquerina (DKC1), NOP10 y TIN2, son responsables de diferentes patrones de herencia de Disqueratosis congénita (DC; ORPHA1775). Son componentes clave de la telomerasa (DKC1 y NOP10) y telosoma (TIN2), y juegan un papel importante en la homeostasis de los telómeros. The paper presents the legal basis for the termination of a councillor’s mandate, which comes from general elections, in a situation when he finds out that he conducts business activity on the property or using the property of the commune in which he obtained the mandate. The positions of administrative courts expressed in this regard as a result of complaints about resolutions or supervisory decisions, by which the councillor’s mandate was terminated due to the premise of conducting business activity, were presented.

Argumenēju, ka cilvēku saitēm ir teritoriāls raksturs; dažādām sasaistības formām ir nozīme ikdienā, kur radniecība tās strukturē pēc vecuma un dzimuma, kas ietekmē kā precību iespējas, tā mobilitāti: piemēram, vecāka vīrieša personas neesamība ģimenē atklāj sievietes ievainojamību.
