Artikkelissa tarkastellaan sosiaalialan korkeakoulutettujen ammattilaisten arvioita käyttämistään asiakastietojärjestelmistä. Artikkelissa arvioidaan Sote-tieto hyötykäyttöön strategian tavoitteiden toteutumista sosiaalialan ammattilaisten näkökulmasta ja tuotetaan tuotemerkkikohtaista tietoa käyttäjäkokemuksista kehittämisen tueksi. This exploratory research is based on a qualitative survey using semi-structured interviews to investigate the attitudes, methods and tools used by 22 lecturers, belonging to the Y Generation. Three hypotheses about the characteristics attributed to this generation are studied: their need for innovation; their comfort with technology; their ability to multitask. Our results 1) uncover a variety of practices nevertheless referring to a teacher-centered approach; 2) suggest that the use of digital tools to teach and communicate with students is not a universal practice, and 3) demonstrate that issues related to student-teacher relationships are important

The Denison Organizational Culture Survey (DOCS) is one of the most used instruments in the study of organizational culture. The aim of this study was to evaluate the convergent validity of the Spanish version of the DOCS using the Organizational Culture Inventory (OCI) developed by Cooke and Lafferty. This instrument is the most widely used and researched tool in the field of organizational psychology. The convergent validity of these instruments was evaluated using Pearson’s correlation analysis.
